Test Result Reporting
We feel that patients should be notified and given the results of ALL the tests that are ordered through our office, regardless of whether the findings are normal or abnormal. If you have undergone medical testing, including blood tests, Pap smear, X-rays, etc., and have not received the results within 14 business days, please notify our office either by telephone or by e-mailing reception.
We make every effort to ensure that the results of all tests are reported back to our office, but there are times when they simply don’t arrive, either because of the wrong patient information, a broken sample, or human error. Therefore we ask you, the patient, to take the ultimate responsibility to ensure that the results of all completed tests are reported back to you.
